Check out this brilliant competition from Cussons Mum & Me :)

http://www.mumandme.com/blog-article/24791

The campaign is all about the ups and down of being a mum - we know that there’s often a handy cheat or clever way of doing something – and we call these a #RealMumConfession.

Examples include:

-      Telling your kids the ice cream van only makes a noise when it has run out of lollies
-      Pretending broccoli is mini trees, in order to get the children to eat veggies
-      Saying that the smoke alarm is Santa’s special camera and when it flashes, it’s him watching to see if you’ve been good or bad.

We’re calling all parents to share their #RealMumConfession on our Twitter feed to help mums feel better about these little cheats and shortcuts we all use. We’ll be picking one confession at random to win a luxury spa day for two at The Sanctuary Spa in London, plus three runners up will win a selection of our products

Very excited to say that I will soon be reviewing a pair of Daisy Roots Shoes!

For those of you that have not heard of Daisy Roots they are a Northamptonshire based kiddies shoe manufacturer.

They're shoes are made from chrome free tanned leather. Not only are they super soft and great for babies they are also eco friendly.

They come in a variety of designs for your little ones (must add all of their designs are so cute!)

Check them out at www.daisy-roots.com

Most of my post will be regarding baby products but I will also be posting about other things to. May be some random post although most will be reviews.

If anyone has any review requests please let me know and if I myself have not used the product then I am sure one of my friends or a family members will have - (I have 4 nieces and 5 nephews ranging from 3 weeks to 8 years)

Really hope you all enjoy reading my posts, I really enjoy writing them :)
Struggling to decide on a baby carrier, so many choices.

I have read some reviews on the BabyBjörn Active Carrier (max user weight 12kg), all of which have expressed how much of a high quality product it is but they have also said that it can be a bit tricky getting baby in and out. I have been recommended the LittleLife Cross Country Baby Back Carrier (max user weight is 18kg) , which looks like it would be perfect for use walking around the beautiful Forest Of Dean but it is quite pricey...

The BabyBjörn is machine washable which is always good where kids are involved where as the LittleLife is wipe clean only.

Anyone who has used a carrier please feel free to leave a comment with your recommendations..

Character World Spongebob Squarepants Heads Sleeved Fleece Blanket

Got this for my lad (bargain £5 from www.amazon.co.uk)

Brilliant product! I have been looking at buying one for a while and now the weather is getting colder decided now was the time. I would highly recommend it my 6 year old was extremely pleased with this. They come in a variety of your little ones favourite characters. For such a low price I think its definitely worth investing in one.

Perfect for when kids are eating their breakfast on early school mornings as they can stay wrapped up warm but still have their arms free :)

MOTHERCARE?  more like couldn't care!

Now don't get me wrong i do like Mothercare and have shopped there often for bump but why oh why do they never reply to emails?! So far I have emailed them 7 times within the last 2 months regarding a stock enquiry and I have also rang them a few times too and so far have had no reply to any of my emails and each phone call was cut of before my enquiry was answered.

Oh dear its seems heavily pregnant and hormonal women (Yeah that's me) do not like being ignored.

Been reading up on disposable nappies as I was planning on using them for my son when he arrives (very soon) but wow there is a lot of choice. Not sure which ones to opt for as I have read good and bad reviews on some. The all in one nappies look great and they seem like they would be easier to use (remember my mum using terry towel nappies with pins when I was younger, the ones I have looked at look a lot better than them) Any suggestions on ones you have used? It's very confusing so think I may take a look around and see what others suggest :)
